St. James Hall - is 4000 square feet including the foyer and balcony seating area and can accommodate up to 250 . The stage is 20 feet wide and 23 feet deep.

• Suitable for performances, rehearsals, public meetings, conferences, dances, fund raising events, and ceremonies.
• Available for use is a 6 foot Mason and Risch baby grand piano, TV/VCR unit, overhead projector,ceiling mounted 60 X 60 inch screen, tables and chairs.

Multi-Purpose Rooms: Three multi-purpose rooms on the lower floor offer 1,500, 715 and 600 square feet suitable for:

• Suitable for meetings,exercise and movement activities, classes, and community events
• Available for use: upright piano, TV/VCR unit, overhead projector,chalk/write on - wipe off boards, tables and chairs.

Kitchen: Located on the lower floor, this 500-square-foot kitchen is available for events being held in the building and is also suitable for caterers needing food preparation space.

Location & Access:
Located on the west side of Vancouver, B.C., on the corner of 10th Avenue and Trutch Street, in Kitsilano. St. James Community Square is a 20 minute bus ride from the city centre and 1 block off a major east/west arterial route.

• One block from the Broadway bus route.
• Free parking available in the back lane (between 10th and 11th Avenues) behind the building.Street parking is available.
• Pay parking (evenings and weekends) is available in behind the National Bank of Greece, between Broadway and 10th Avenue off Trutch Street - just half a block from the front doors.
• Bike rack is located at the front of the building.
  

Wheel chair accessibility: There is a wheel chair ramp off the corner of 10th and Trutch. The ramp provides access to all of the lower floor except St. James Day Care at the west end of the building, where there are two steps down to the Day Care. There is a wheel chair lift to St. James Hall on the raised main floor. Access to some of the offices and the gymnasium on the main floor can only be achieved by entering through St. James Hall and there are two steps to go down (the main floor is not all on one level). Call ahead to confirm wheel chair access arrangements.
